Federalism is the relationship of power between Nation, State and local. Mainly Nation and state. Well, im thinking of adding another layer to this Picket-fence, its Global. basically the U.N. just isnt doing its thing, and if we set up a system, be it a system of representation such as the House (you get members based on population) or a system like the Senate (regardless of population each gets X amount of Reps), or bicameralism, why not make it a two chamber system...either way, this would be established to go with our Globalization. We could set some Global laws and just like the original Dual Federal System establish, at first Global can be weak and hardly involved, which will help get the approval it needs. but we obviously need some global rules inforced, ones that deal with trade, the moon, nuclear energy etc.
